طراحی، بهینه‌سازی و ساخت یک فیلتر پهن‌باند با تشدید‌کننده‌های چند‌مودی در ساختار خط نواری سه‌لایه

Abstract:
در این مقاله با توجه به محدودیتهای تزویج و نیز محدودیتهای ساخت در ساختارهای ریز نوار، ساختار خط نواری سه‌لایه معرفی شده و با توجه به قابلیتهای این ساختار سه لایه، ساختارهای جدید و فشرده‌ای از فیلترهای پهن‌باند بر پایة پله‌های امپدانسی و خطوط تزویج‌شده مایکروویوی به عنوان قسمتهای معکوس‌کنندة امپدانس و تشدید‌کننده‌های چند مودی ارائه شده است. با کمک این ساختار چند نوع فیلتر پهن‌باند خط نواری GHz 2-6 طراحی و شبیه‌سازی گردیده و تکنیکهای مؤثری جهت کاهش تشدیدهای مجازی و نیز بهبود شیب لبه باند عبور فیلتر ارائه شده و در نهایت به عنوان نمونه یک فیلتر پهن‌باند ساخته شده است. کارآیی روش ارائه‌شده از طریق شبیه‌سازی و اندازه‌گیری مشخصات نمونه ساخته شده نشان داده شده است.
